Training description: Train like Saitama with this One Punch Man martial arts workout, combining combat techniques, strength-building exercises, and explosive endurance training to develop a powerful, resilient body. Perfect for building speed, agility, and mental toughness.

Day 1: Martial Arts + Kettlebells

  • Shadowboxing (3 min rounds): 5 rounds

  • KB Swings: 4x20

  • Heavy Bag Strikes (Punch Combos): 4x2 min
