Kratos God of War Kettlebell Workout

Note: This workout is strictly based on Kettlebells and some Calisthenics. It is tailored for those who may not have the space or budget for a gym.
This workout will be a full kettlebell workout inspired by Kratos from God of War.

Training Description: This workout will help you achieve the functional strength and combat prowess inspired by Kratos
Warm-Up (10 Minutes)
Jumping Jacks - 2 minutes
Arm Circles - 1 minute forward, 1 minute backward
Bodyweight Squats - 2 minutes
Dynamic Lunges - 2 minutes
Kettlebell Halo - 1 minute each direction

Kettlebell Side Swings
Sets: 3 x 15
Kettlebell Suitcase Carry
3 x 12
Kettlebell Clean and Press
3 x 10-12 each side
Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up
3 x 5
Kettlebell Snatch
3 x 10-12
Kettlebell Lunge with Rotation
3 x 10
Farmers Walk
3 x back and forth
Cool Down (10 Minutes)
Standing Forward Bend - 2 minutes
Child's Pose - 2 minutes
Pigeon Pose - 1 minute each side
Cat-Cow Stretch - 2 minutes
Shoulder Stretch - 1 minute each side
