Before we begin training, we’ll schedule a virtual assessment where I’ll evaluate your current level of:

Through a series of movements and exercises, I’ll gather the information needed to create a training program that’s tailored specifically for you.
No guessing.
Just a clear understanding of where you are today so we can build the most effective path forward.

Weeks 1-4
This is where we lay the bricks.
During the first month, our focus is on building your foundation through.
Consistency
Technique
Strength development
Conditioning
Sustainable habits
This phase isn’t about perfection.
It’s about proving to yourself that you can show up, trust the process, and begin building momentum.

Weeks 5-8
Now that the foundation has been built, it’s time to level up.
This phase introduces:
Progressive overload
Advanced exercise variations
Increased training intensity
Performance improvements
By this point, you’ll begin seeing and feeling the progress you’ve worked hard to earn.
This is where confidence starts turning into capability.

Weeks 9-12
This is where everything comes together.
By this stage:
Training feels natural.
Discipline feels easier.
Your habits become part of who you are.
The goal of this phase isn’t simply to build a program.
It’s to develop the confidence and knowledge necessary to continue your fitness journey long after these 12 weeks are over.
And at the end of your journey, you’ll have a choice:
Graduate from Action Hero Academy
Take everything you’ve learned and continue on your journey independently.
OR
Continue training with your sensei
Remain in the Action Hero Academy and continue pursuing new goals, new skills, and new levels of performance.
Weekly Accountability
