Note: This workout is strictly based on Kettlebells and some Calisthenics. It is tailored for those needing more space or just want to avoid going to a gym.


This workout will be an entire routine inspired by the performance and strengths of Monkey D. Luffy.

With that being said… let's get into it!

Workout frequency: 1 day (repeatable)

Training description: This workout is inspired by the abilities and feats of Monkey D. Luffy! This workout will involve mainly kettlebell and some bodyweight.

Workout Routine

  1. Single-Arm Kettlebell Press

    • 4 sets of 8-10 reps per arm (Alternate)

  2. Double Kettlebell Z-Push Press

    • 4 sets of 10-12 reps

  3. Alternating Kettlebell Swings

    • 4 sets of 12-15 reps per arm

  4. Kettlebell Split Squats

    • 4 sets of 15 reps

  5. Kettlebell Jump Squats

    • 4 sets of 10 reps

  6. Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlift

    • 4 sets of 12 reps both side

  7. Kettlebell Weighted Pullups

    • 3 sets of 8-10 reps 

  8. Kettlebell Clean and Press

    • 4 sets of 6-8 reps per side
