To reflect that, this program sticks to foundational movements — but we’ll vary the difficulty over time. Think explosive pull-ups, advanced holds, and weighted progressions. Master the basics, then make them harder.
Martial Arts Conditioning No martial arts anime character skips conditioning — especially not Yujiro. We’ll use a mix of plyometrics and aerobic drills to build fight-ready endurance.
