Once Norrin Radd of the planet Zenn-La, the Silver Surfer became the herald of Galactus, gifted with the Power Cosmic. With unmatched speed, agility, and endurance, he traverses galaxies, defends worlds, and engages in battles at incomprehensible scales.
To emulate his capabilities, we focus on balance, anti-gravity control, explosive force, and sustained endurance — the same traits that allow him to ride the spaceways.

In Practice: Plyometric pushups, kettlebell swings, jump squats, and rotational presses for force generation in all planes.
